WOW! Another Box From Courtney Almeida!

We were so touched when we received a group of adorable pacifiers earlier this week from Courtney (and Justin) Almeida, of Middletown CT. You can see that donation here. Imagine how blown away were were today, to receive another box from her!

Inside we found all of these amazing items.

7 onesies, 2 pairs of pants, 7 pairs of socks, and 7 bibs!

And, just look at this adorable canvas box that the clothes came in...

On our visit to the Post Office today, we were excited to find two envelopes with donations for the Connecticut Children's Medical Center Foundation.

We would like to send out a

HUGE THANK YOU

to Jennifer Guerrini of Rocky Hill, CT

and Rick and Lisa Dreher, of Morris CT

for their incredibly generosity!

With these donations added to the tally,

we have now raised $680 in cash donations!

Unbelievable!

We are so moved by this, because we know first hand about all of the good that can be done with these funds, providing financial assistance in the form of food and parking vouchers, etc, to the families of critically ill babies at CCMC!

as well as these wonderful baby gowns!

The open design of these gowns make it much easier to manage the tubes and wires that are a necessary part of life for these little warriors, and make it easier for parents and caregivers to work around them, as well as making diaper changes easy and convenient too!

At first glance I thought they were just too cute, but upon further inspection...

We received a wonderful package from

Holly, over at Caring For Carleigh.

When I opened the package, the sweetest scent came out, and inside I found these wonderful, individually wrapped and ready to use,  gumdrop newborn size pacifiers.

The pink, orange, and blue packages contained vanilla scented pacifiers.

The white packages, like this one, contained purple pacifiers that are natural scent.

I know that these pacifiers are sure to go to great use for the newborns in the neonatal intensive care unit.
